Supporting Selsey Fisherman With Seas The Day

We’ve been helping a new initiative in Chichester called Sea’s the Day to promote local produce from the fishermen in Selsey. As many of you know, we often have Selsey crab on our specials board and supporting local is at the heart of our business.

Seas The Day aims to promote local seafood across West Sussex and in particular the great work done by Selsey Fishermen. One of the ways they are doing this is by asking local restaurants to help produce recipe cards using local catch, to remind everyone that there is some wonderful fresh fish, crab and lobster just down the road here, so we just had to get involved!
